- The animals are clean and appear to be healthy

Our puppies have all the up-to-date shots required before we allow them to go home with you. We will give you a comprehensive list of all shots needed after purchase, along with the puppy’s full medical history and a copy of the California State law detailing your rights when purchasing an animal from a pet store.
If your puppy develops a health issue within 15 days of purchase, we will take the puppy back and give you a full refund. If your puppy develops a hereditary or congenital disease within a year of purchase, we will take the puppy back and give you a full refund. |

| Where do we get our puppies? |

 Our puppies are purchased from USDA licensed breeders and kennels. We do not support puppy mills or any other kind of unethical breeders. In fact, our breeders required a background check from us before they agreed to sell us puppies! We work within a group of fellow animal lovers who truly want only the best outcomes for their animals. Our company has strict guidelines and purchasing healthy puppies is our number one priority. Being in business for over 30 years has allowed us to develop professional relationships with only the best suppliers and breeders. |
